Alan Schrimpf, the founder of SVVC, has over 35 years of experience in the development and general contracting field. His experience spans across multiple states with many successful achievements, and unique project innovations. Over the decades the SVVC team has completed luxury homes, apartment complexes, new home renovations as well as numerous commercial construction projects. For the past Twenty-Two (22) years Alan and SVVC have called southern Nevada home.
Since 2021 SVVC’s main focus has concentrated on all aspects of outdoor living spaces. In expanding this area of its business Alan brought in his daughter Hailey to train as a Plan Designer. As time passed, while working daily with Alan, Hailey learned the full complement of Project tasks necessary to create a variety of outdoor living environments and work with Clients. Hailey is now a SVVC Project Manager in her own right.
